The job of MAMSA’s Promotion Committee is to PROMOTE downtown as the center of commerce, culture, and community life for residents and visitors alike.

The main tasks of the Promotion Committee include:

• Planning, organizing and promoting special events;
• Coordinating groups to participate, attend, or partner for promotional activities;
• Develop Main Street Mount Airy’s image, and
• Attract shoppers and visitors to downtown.

The Promotion Committee has been hard at work developing a newsletter, website, flyers, and printed materials to help revitalize downtown Mount Airy.

We are always looking for fresh ideas and enthusiasm! If you have skills or interest in public relations, special events, graphic arts, or image development, come join our group of dedicated volunteers.
